ince beginning Inkmason put the people at the centre of its attention, no matter who they are, clients or employees. We never stopped growing, due to a daily commitment to delivering excellence and thanks to the continuous effort to improve our working performance, taking part in vocational trainings.
During our last workshop we have faced an intriguing and fascinating challenge:
discovering our potential as a team
. All staff members were asked to openly answer to an online questionnaire, based on the neuroscience cutting-edge responsive system, that led us to choose our most preferred behaviour, while highlighting our less favourable ones.
The result was a brain mapping of Inkmason as it was one individual by combining the brain mapping of each of our team member. The outcome pleased us all. According to science, we are a trustable team, who collaborate in harmony and communicate effectively, gathering a variety of characters with a multi-dimensioned strong personality, who’s capable to efficiently respond to all aspects linked to successfully running a Design project.

线上所做的问题测试，透过神经系统科学，我们每人得到一份详细分析个人性格行为的脑图。
脑图让我们更加了解自己现状和潜能，帮助我们在各方面自我提升，同时增加工作协作的默契和效率。对我们自己有了更深刻和科学的了解。
当我们把所有脑图结合在一起，便能看到属于墨匠团队的综合脑图，得出的结论是墨匠团队是一个可靠高效、个性鲜明、充满潜能的一个设计团队。看到这个结论，大家都感到自豪和满意。最后，大家用各自的方式绘制了一个故事，表达了自己在团队中的角色定位与期望，并作为建设团队的承诺。
其实培训并不是要教我们什么，
而是像一面镜子，
让我们更认识自己。

，她们也非常的幸苦，每次都从香港特意飞过来。每一次她们都是提前很久就开始为我们的培训做准备。每一次也都被二位老师的专业和热情所感染，所以我们的培训都卓有成效。
