can’t stand
: If you cannot stand something, you cannot bear it or tolerate it, , or you dislike them very strongly 忍受; 容忍 (某事物)

: If you say that you are sick of something, that means you are very annoyed by it and want it to stop. 厌倦的

swear
: If you swear to do something, you promise in a serious way that you will do it. 郑重许诺

eg: Alan swore that he would do everything to help us.

lacking
: If something or someone is lacking in a particular quality, they do not have any of it or enough of it. 缺乏的; 没有的

eg: She felt nervous, increasingly lacking in confidence about herself.

spare
: If you spare time or another resource for a particular purpose, you make it available for that purpose. 抽出
